Fits HUGE in width. I ordered size 5 for my 38#48 inch girl based on other reviews and the waist is still too big and I would need either a back clip or some kind of belt. It looks straight over her shoulders but because I ordered a size down it sits a little higher on her waist Mink fur faux fur collar so very soft. A few tiny threads stuck out here and there. Mainly under the collar but also next to it. front pockets. I can zip most of them up, but I doubt how those next to the pockets will wear out over time. for a younger brother who is also skinny and seems to fit as expected (especially thanks to the vest's adjustable back). I'm happy with the brand for the price so will consider ordering other items but hopefully see more sizing info relevant to my tall thin kids. and clothes they will actually wear AND that fit them!
