It is just as described. The material is so soft and very warm to wear. We were out in 30 degree weather and my 4 year old was warm under the long sleeve and vest. It was a bit big but not much. My daughter wears a size 4T, sometimes 5T when the sleeves are too short, but this one fits well with little room to grow. I ordered XS.
