Bought for my 20 year old daughter in cosmetology school to practice at home. I am a retired beautician so here is my professional opinion. Melting the balls for 8 minutes (as directed in the instructions) actually took around 12-13 minutes. Once melted, keep warm at the temperature recommended in the manual. It has great distribution, creamy texture, not a lot of fibers and the skin temperature was just right. The packs of beads are small and one pack should have multiple uses for the legs. But if you have several family members using it, 1 pack won't last long so buy more or mix 2. We mixed pink and white together. (Please read each color to see which areas it is used on before mixing them together.) Personal Opinion: Overall great value, made EXACTLY as described!
