Very responsible company

Bought for my daughter, she liked it very much, especially the purity of the sound. But after 4 months the sound became almost silent. I think the problem is related to the circuit malfunction of that particular element. When I informed them, they immediately refunded my money. They are very accommodating and work on customer satisfaction.
