Chin Strap for my opinion
The chin strap is to long and you can not tighten it onto your chin. If you wear this out in the wind the chin strap will not hole the hat on tight. I will have to take the strap off and re sew it so it fits snug. Alot of cold air will come in since it won't close tightly.
