As previously reported, the product is in short supply. After resending copies of smears on copies, a replacement was requested. It was over a week ago. There was no answer. Bought this item expecting a replacement. I should not have done this as the return period offered by Revain expired before the unit had to be installed. I had to buy the device elsewhere to get acceptable copies.
