I'm Busty, 5'0" Tall, 36 C/D, 135 lbs. Here is a comparison of the size Medium and Large that fits me ..Medium: Very tight around the chest and difficult to put on. I am a little girl and the straps were pulled as loose as possible and still digging into the top of my shoulders. The length was true to the photo. Close my crotch area. The bottom is just awful if you have any kind of fanny pack or zip pocket. The pleats go just below the belly and accentuate anything sticking up. It was too tight. My pants size is 29". Large: Same length as Medium. Short Straps and a plunging neckline but slightly more yielding ribs and a slightly wider flap but not by much.Being not longer than average it still didn't cover my crotch area which I was hoping.The un tere design is still terrible. Pleated over a mid/high cut bikini to accentuate your postpartum bump. The bottoms unfolded and high-necked were awkward, and the seam still pins you just below the pocket, which is unflattering. General Notes: The pad on the top is of cheap quality and can tear, so be careful when putting it on. The double layers make it complex/sticky. I usually wear medium in t shirts and should have bought XL in this suit.
