Overall this is a great styling tool. Heats up very quickly and retains heat. It created beautiful smooth girls on me and groomed them without any product on my hair other than heat protectant. There's definitely a learning curve in using it that wasn't long in coming. Here are some tips I learned for the first time. Separating the hair and dividing it into sections is very important. Given how tight the curls are, you want all of your hair to be in the right curl if that makes sense. 2. The tip of the tool has a little gap and you need to be careful not to get your hair stuck in it.3. The smaller the pieces, the tighter the curls will be. I have a lot of hair and I'm glad I decided to use this on a random day with no plans. Took me a little over an hour. So if you have a lot of hair, make sure you plan ahead so you have plenty of time. I LOVE curls and will definitely use them in the future. Another thing to watch out for is to be careful how you hold it as I accidentally changed the temperature a couple of times. Great tool, definitely recommend.
