I received this, she wore it twice and red itchy patches appeared on her skin. At first I didn't know what it was, but it just occurred to me that those underwear could be the culprit. I didn't let her wear it until her pimples started to heal. I figured if I washed my clothes it would make a difference. It's not like this. She put them back on, and the spots began to redden again and new ones appeared. She had never had such a reaction to polyester before. Aside from the itching, my daughter loved how soft the underwear was and also wanted to wear it like pajamas. Didn't try to return the item because she was wearing it and I washed it. but it's useless to me.
