product as described, well packaged and dispatched quickly (handled by Revain). DELIVERY stunk - 1 palette shade was misaligned/damaged due to unprofessional delivery by driver (no uniform, no mask, arguing with someone on the phone while running to my front door - standing right past me in the yard without me to recognize - and dropped it on the porch). Sigh.
