Great Quality - Sweatshirt

The cutest sweatshirt! A very good quality. Originally ordered medium and was too big/long. The little one fits much better. My dog is a Shih Tzu and weighs 14-16 pounds. Was originally returned and a replacement was sent very quickly. Please note that returns/exchanges incur a flat shipping fee of $6. So I will leave the wrong size and give it to a family member.
