This grill pan is a great addition to my kitchen. I cook food several times a week. I love that this pan can withstand extremely high temperatures and that it doesn't have a coating that peels off. He can roast two steaks that weigh almost three pounds. It is small enough to store easily. It is very durable and beautiful. I love that it's so easy to hand wash, but it's also dishwasher safe. Fat/fat from the meat goes directly into the lower pan. This is not only suitable for meat and fish, but also for roasting asparagus with a little olive oil and sea salt. I like that the asparagus doesn't sit in the extra olive oil. I highly recommend this pan. The only thing I would like to change about the design is the four tiny holes in each corner of the pan. When I pour the lube some of it falls out through these holes and drips onto my counter when I set it down. I was so happy that I finally threw away two more small grill pans that were in terrible shape. I was looking for a quality grill pan and this is it!
