Overall a good and reliable product. I haven't had any problems with it since using it. I found a scratch on it and wasn't sure if it was my fault or the company's fault (pictured). All ports can work at the same time. This will drain the laptop battery. USB ports are narrower than average, requiring a little extra effort to insert them. good color It matches my Mac's Space Gray (pictured). It's VERY light and fits nicely in my bag (pictured). My only concern is port corruption or something. I wish he'd come with a suitcase or something. All in all a good buy.
