Like other buyers of this model, I was sent an older version (spaces on the back with no dictionary words). I contacted TotTalk and they responded immediately! The customer service rep even emailed me again from her personal email, worried her email was going to my junk mail from a TotTalk address. They immediately sent me a replacement napkin! I hope they can stop shipping the old version (or at least make it clear which version you're getting), but I'm very impressed with TotTalk's customer service and would not hesitate to buy from them again. Sturdy and durable and my daughter loves it so far!
