This product does not contain creatine which may be beneficial to some. It is listed correctly, my problem is that it is VERY EXPENSIVE. In addition, they are now trying or encouraging athletes to buy two products for the price we paid for one. I can buy another product, many of which contain creatine. Well, if you don't want or need creatine, for the most part it's still VERY overpriced as a caffeine "primer." Dear athletes, we don't have to put up with that in the fitness area. "Primers"? Oh well. We need one, and if we need two, it should be about $20 and the "amplifier" another $20. $40 for a primer. That's a big NOPE from me. Tried and tested and not recommended. By the way, the taste is great. There are no problems with mixing and taste.
