Review on 🌧️ Cute & Waterproof: OUTEE Printed Rain Boots for Toddlers & Kids! by David Romo

The boots are gorgeous on their own, although they are definitely oversized compared to other shoe size charts. My daughter wears a size 11 and according to the size chart she needed a size 9. The size chart is accurate so do not order according to what your child normally wears. They would have been absolutely perfect but they sent us boots that looked like they had been worn, with black scuffs that didn't wear out and dirt on the soles. It's very frustrating because we needed them now, and shipping dirty boots is clearly unacceptable. I'm considering changing the order
