Had this pillow a few weeks now, I am a stomach sleeper, with that came constant shoulder pain, restless night, lots of tossing and turning. First night I struggled to find a comfortable spot. The pillow is super firm but after sleeping with the pillow for the first time I’ve had no shoulder pain I’ve slept through entire nights. It was an adjustment as I don’t find the pillow comfortable but it allows me to fall asleep much MUCH faster as well as stay asleep all night plus it’s taken away 100% of my shoulder pain.
