Here's the cinch - I have a small bump but actually my waist grows to about 42 inches and my hips are about 44-45 inches. It wasn't enough. I'm good with leather and buttons, so I'll do an extension, not a big one, but I always knew that unless my belly magically disappeared, that bad boy wouldn't stand a chance. However, it's really well made, so if you're shorter than me, buy it without reservation.
