The best thing about this program was how it helped me understand my strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats in order to prepare myself for leadership roles in the industry I am working. This has become very helpful when applying for jobs or preparing myself for interviews. However, there were many times where I felt like I could have learned more information than what they provided us with. It would be nice if we had access to videos explaining certain concepts so we can learn at our own pace. Also, sometimes I found the assignments difficult as well because you need to put together your thoughts into an organized paragraph/section. If you want someone who will help you make sense out of all the different things happening around you then NBRI is definitely something worth looking into! As far as learning new skills, helping yourself grow professionally.
