I love this wax. I've cleaned up my male friends' beard lines and removed the peachy fuzz from my arms and face. The hair needs to be the right length for this to work. Not too short and not too long. Making sure you apply the wax in the same direction as your hair, attach a strip of cloth, pull the shell taut/tight and quickly pull *against* the hair growth. Don't hesitate - it hurts more. After tearing off the wax, immediately apply pressure with clean hands to relieve pain (do not press on areas where there is excess wax).
