Received via email after my 1 star rating, Mfg offered a free replacement in a larger size (XL). It fits me! Medium came in a little plastic bag and was so tiny! (Especially around the chest.) Can fit very small, tiny dogs (how many ways can I tell?). My 12 pound (not fat, not skinny) Maltese requires size XL. I like good quality and design. The price is right. Scruffy looks pretty cool in his denim jacket (no, he doesn't know she has a bumblebee on her back, LOL). I would say yes to their products if you have a small, petite dog. I like the XL jacket for my regular 12 lb dog. I don't see how any of their sizes would fit a medium to large dog, but they don't advertise it either. And Revain refunded the media I returned.
