I'm disappointed in Kohler, a company that has a reputation for great products. The description on the website states that this drug can be surface mounted or embedded. He even shows pictures that show no holes on the sides and a smooth, beautiful surface with lots of nail holes. The truth is my contractor just told me it needs to be reset because of the ugly holes on the side. I only found out about this because I was waiting to open the box until it arrived. An inaccurate website description will cost me more money due to the extra visits to the contractor this transition entails. Of course, Kohler, I'm sure I wouldn't pay myself any extra money.
