Review on πŸ”‘ Logitech Craft Wireless Keyboard with Input Dial & Backlit Keys, Dark Grey & Aluminum - Advanced Creative Tool by Jhalak Tamrakar ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Everything is fine, there are only minor drawbacks.

Even though there was an unusually large amount of critical comments, I decided to take a chance anyhow. Having said that, there wasn't much of a choice to be had. Where else have you seen a keyboard that is both illuminated and compatible with a number of different devices? I shall respond to some of the criticisms that have been made. The issue with the punto switch can be remedied by reassigning the button labeled "break" to one of the top buttons, for example in place of the button labeled "application menu," and then the issue will be resolved. About the wheel itself. I was able to determine how everything operates. For instance, in the player, I programmed "turn" to adjust the volume, and "press + turn" to switch to a different track. Both of these functions are controlled by the same button. And let's say I want to switch to a different music while also adjusting the level. I apply pressure and turn the page to reveal the following composition. After letting up on the pressure, I give it a twist with the expectation that the volume will now be able to be adjusted. However, there is no change in the volume. In order for the function to change after the first command, I had to take my hand from the wheel, wait a moment, and then return it to its original position before turning it. And this behavior is consistent across all programs and command types: turned - removed his hand - pressed - removed his hand - etc. Whereas, why is this the case? Further. Where do the engineers at Logitech place their product in the market? Do you prefer a standard size keyboard or not? On the one hand, the presence of a numeric keypad and the substantial weight give the impression that the keyboard is a full-sized model, but on the other hand, the diminished number of function keys and the fact that they are not clustered together give the impression that the keyboard is of lower quality. In this regard, I concur with those who have gone before me and criticized this judgment. The lighting is the single most disappointing aspect. Even after pausing the app or switching devices, it will always return the brightness to the value that was set as the default. She will always remember it if it is entirely turned off, but only if it is. In a nutshell, if it was a shoddy hack from some unknown firm, then five stars are definitely in order; nevertheless, I was hoping for something better from Logitech.

Pros
  • backlighting made to be compatible with multiple devices
Cons
  • even after taking a break from work, the backlight returns to its default level of brightness; the form factor is unclear; the battery life is short; the wheel control logic is awkward.
