The team is incredibly responsive - always willing/able (and excited!)to jump in if I need assistance with something! They are also very friendly people who will work closely within their scope but don't feel like they're getting "in my way." We have used them multiple times now because we were not receiving enough traffic from Google search results pages or organic listings when it came time do make changes via PPC campaigns that did require outside help sometimes beyond just an SEO perspective as well). Great experience overall so far working directly wtih this group!!
