DO NOT BUY CASIO, they are not responsible for their product or warranty.

If I could give them zero stars I would. The watch worked great, but when the battery had to be replaced 15 months after purchase (guarantee valid for 1 year), everything went downhill. I unscrewed the back to replace the battery and all of the internal components fell out. Casio contacted and was instructed to send them the watch and parts for battery replacement and repair. They sent us a service request saying between $10 and $150 but later said it would be $220 and up. I tried calling Casio but they don't take calls, I have to email. The email process took months. They still have the watch, now they say the watch is defective and not working due to internal damage and as the watch is not covered under warranty it is not covered but they will sell me a replacement watch. They asked for a transfer to management level. All of their email replies come from the same email address, so you never know if you're speaking to a real manager or not, although it doesn't matter because they were all just as vague and difficult to work through. Spoke to 3 different people along the way, none of them answered my questions or offered any explanation. They would just say the watch arrived piecemeal and is defective, but I can purchase a replacement watch. Worst customer service experience I've ever dealt with. I will never buy a Casio product again.
