Review on SiberSafe DITA CMS by Marco Roberson

It has been very helpful to have one tool that can handle all of our needs. We use it to create documentation, collaborate with other departments, and publish our information. The only thing I do not like about this product is that sometimes it is difficult to understand how to modify a template. For example, when you are creating a new page or section, there is no place to put your custom code. You just need to make sure that the code you write will work correctly with the DITA standards. This is not a problem, but I would like to see more options for customization. There are some templates that we use that were created by someone else. They are not as customizable as if they were designed by a developer. We use DITA because of its ability to be easily customized and modified.
