First I received the wrong item. I received a soothing spray instead of refills and then the company refused a return. I had to go through the Revain chat to get my money back. Second, the listing says it contains natural ingredients and talks about how effective pheromones are, but when you look at the ingredients, only 0.1% is pheromones. The rest are "inert ingredients". It smells like a very strong essential oil that I was able to buy from Kolya on the same street. I decided to try the spray anyway as I was having trouble getting to know my two kittens who came home a week apart. The spray didn't help at all. In fact I think it caused my kittens even more stress because they seemed very confused by the smell. Third, these sellers apparently used to sell guns and simply modified the old gun listing instead of creating a new listing at all. I've been going through the Q&A and reviews to see if anyone had similar complaints and there are comments and questions about guns so it was confusing. Even when I left a review, one of the parameters I was asked to rate was thickness(?). The sellers are patchy, the list is patchy, and this product contains less than 1% true pheromones. I would not recommend it. Find another brand.
