Crazy in every way (doesn't smear, waterproof, rinses off easily) I gave it a 4 but I honestly believe it's a 5 star product. Eyeliner can (and honestly should be able to) smudge. B. All eyeliner, except for the type of tattoo I want to do ASAP so I don't have to pay more for eyeliner, will decompose in water. This is a water soluble product. C. All eyeliners are easy to remove with the right products and bloody hard to remove without them. The bottom line is that I use this eyeliner every day, whether it's espresso, black onyx, or their navy blue color. I forgot the name. This is my kind of eyeliner because it's inexpensive and lasts all day undisturbed.
