I was skeptical about this jacket at first. but as soon as I received it in the mail, my mind changed immediately. I'm 180cm, 200lbs (mostly muscle) and the extra large size fits perfectly. With a little space if I want to throw a sweater over it. The navy is really good (I didn't want to order the black version because I already have so many black jackets) so it's a good substitute. For $30 you can't go wrong. If you train a lot like me and are a good size, you should go for the XL. You will not regret it
