Well. It works great for my fine textured, wavy hair. It takes a few rounds to settle down the poof that comes from combing out curls. I was not a fan of the hog farm smell the brush came with though. Had to wash my hair because it smelled like pig poo even after I washed the brush throughly 3 times. I’ve washed it about 5 times now. I feel like it’s a bit better. Once it’s all cleaned up and loses the smell I think it’s going to be an excellent brush for my hair. Love the little wooden comb too! Great for fresh outta the shower tangles!
