I like that you can easily change tickets or add/change events in my account profile, which makes it easy to keep track of all appointments for myself as well! Not so pleased with how often there are issues when updating your info through their system though - especially if updates aren't immediate- sometimes its up by at least 4 hours before things show up even after editing multiple times, etc.- also some information just doesn’t make sense such as why am i charged extra money? And they don”T get rid of old expired credit cards from accounts either;) This service has made our administrative needs much easier overall since we have one central database instead of spreadsheets!! The fact that everything was very easy to use, the helpdesk support team are very helpful, they were able to get my events up and running in no time at all. They have given me some great advice with regards to setting things up for future events. I would definitely recommend them and I am sure we will be using their services again in the future. There really isn't anything i dislike about the service as it has been so good from start to finish!
