It's very intuitive and easy for a non-IT user to use. The interface is very clean and well-organized, and it is very easy to understand. I like the predictive analytics - I think that is a huge plus, especially for shippers who don't have a ton of experience with IT. It's also a good way for transportation managers to make informed decisions about their fleets. I do wish that the reporting could be a bit more robust. It would be nice if you could pull in more data to generate better reports. Also, it would be nice to have the ability to export the data in a more detailed format for our own reporting. It's a great solution, and I highly recommend it. We are able to track the status of shipments in real-time. It allows us to have better visibility into the shipments, and we are able to react to issues more quickly.
