Review on PLAYMOBIL® 9315 Barn With Silo by Carnell Bollwitt

I'm sorry this set is such a bummer after we've enjoyed so many Playmobile products. As mentioned in other reviews the shed can easily fall apart after some effort in assembling. The worst is the silo. The black fittings attached to the silo do not align with the rungs of the ladder, which means that the ladder cannot be attached to the silo as intended. Reading other reviews this seems to be a common mistake. We tried to contact the company. They said we would receive the replacement parts within three weeks. After two months of waiting we had to call again and were told the parts were out of stock? We don't yet have a timeline as to when this will be decided. We are very disappointed with the product and the customer service. I wouldn't recommend buying this set at the moment unless they fix the problem.
