Not the product it used to be

Both the quality and packaging have deteriorated since I last bought this item. It used to be an oil that could be easily dosed and controlled with a drop or two on the wrist. Now it's watery. Also, they changed the bottle so that it is less stable now. (Here's a picture comparing the old to the new.) I'm playing around.
