18 months repaired and started ceiling lights with modified cans and led inserts. have tried previous versions of similar lights from different manufacturers, but they had to provide a separate junction box and were not investigated. This latest design has an attached junction box and is thinner and more durable. Now I don't have to worry about ceiling joists or harnesses and better yet, this model uses the standard 6 3/8 hole saw I used for cans. I used an inexpensive Kobalt carbide hole saw that fits a 3/8" drill bit. Other models require a 6" hole saw and all that I have found require a 1/2" drill bit. Try you to hold this over your head while you turn on the 20 lights.I contacted the company and they called me back straight away and solved my problem.I was so pleased with my first order that I immediately made a second one.Note When installing, be sure the power cord is at the top of the perimeter of the light, so make sure it doesn't snag on exposed trusses or the light will not sit flush and will need to be repositioned Overall I'm happy with these lamps and "Very happy with the company. One final note: these lights have a small notch between the bezel and the LED lens and I love the way they look. Electricians have fitted similar, more expensive LEDs, but the are flush, and I would have liked a slight recess.
