I don't usually check too much, this needs to be checked. Please read

Newbies. (Do It Yourself) Below is a list of things you need to know before starting any project. If you don't know how to use a digital multimeter, this isn't for you. Don't buy this. If you have not removed the vehicle trim for wiring. this is not for you If you don't know how to find 12 volts, ignition wires, auxiliary wires and ground. this is not for you If you don't know how to tie the wire stump. this is not for you If you don't know how to find the RPM wire, the injector wire, the door pin wire (usually this wire goes to 0 volts when you open the door), the brake wire (goes to 12 volts when you press the brake pedal) this isn't for you . If you don't know how to wire and hide a car, this isn't for you. You have to cut the key and put it in the ignition cylinder and only turn it to the first click so that your steering wheel doesn't lock up when you press the start button. You must always leave the key in the ignition cylinder. so keep that in mind. Turn again only until the steering wheel is locked. So if you don't have a spare key and don't know how to get one cheaply, this isn't for you. If you don't cut the key long enough to turn it to a position where the steering wheel doesn't lock. Then this is not for you if your car has an original factory key with chip (probably YES, any car built after 1999). Then you need to know how to take the chip out of the original car key and stick it on the ignition cylinder. If you don't know what I'm talking about. it's not for you Not a big task. If your car starts and immediately stops within a second or two of installation and the security light is flashing, you have not placed the chip in the correct place or you have not hidden the key in the correct place. Here, too, I am talking about beginners, for advanced users there is a workaround that I will come back to later. Tools required: voltmeter, butt connector, additional soldering iron, original or non-original. A guide to finding the 12 volt constant, ground, ignition. Cable (shows 12 volts on 2nd click), Auxiliary cable (shows 12 volts on 1st click), Starter cable (goes to 10 volts for only a few seconds when starting). The best way to find the cables and their location is to go to Fortin.ca, enter your year, make and model and select the Evo. The installation guide shows the cable location. You can also go to wirecolor.com for an image of the wires and colors. They show plugs and wires for ignition, starter wires, auxiliary wires, RPM wires, brake wires, door pin, etc. If you need someone who needs help while in the US and can't wait a day or two. this is not for you A little about myself, I'm an advanced craftsman, I've done many customization projects. Now we come to the installation. Install 2 PKE antennas (short frequency) in the center of the front and rear windshield. Make sure there are no metal objects, so I recommend a windscreen. Again in the middle, not in the corner. Hide the wire on the headliner and use the window trim or window trim or A pillar or B pillar or C pillar to route and hide. Install the antenna for your remote control (long frequency) on the left side of the windshield. Connect the main wiring harness. Red - DC 12 volts. Black - ground. Again, the aforementioned fortin.ca website will tell you whether or not your car is equipped with it. free Blue - extra wire Yellow - starter wire If your car has 2 starter wires, you can use one relay and make another one out of the yellow one. Secondary Wiring Harness Green - Fuel injector wire or tachometer wire must be connected. If you don't make a good connection, your car will start again and again. This is only required if you want to use this for remote boot. If you want to install another remote starter, you don't have to connect it. If you want longer remote launch range, buy ec002, not this model. Orange - +ive 12 volts. When you apply the brake, this wire should get 12 volts plus. Gray. Connect it to ground for the automatic transmission. If you have an external remote starter and do not wish to use this product, please connect it to 12 volts DC. I used an external remote starter because it has a 50 foot range. Mine has a 2 mile radius. white/black - negative fuse wire. Connect it to the negative cable of the lock in the car. Again wirecolor.com will provide full location etc. Your vehicle should be providing negative 12 volts when you lock the vehicle. If your car sends out a positive signal, you need a relay to convert it to negative. If you have a factory alarm system in your car, you should use the same white/black wire to connect to the lock and lever wire. or some cars have a wire that will lock and arm. White - Negative release cable. Be sure to connect the unlock and disable cables (OEM alarm only). If your car has a stock alarm and you don't tie the deactivation cable together with the unlock cable, your alarm will go off. Brown - connect it to + five parking lights. Use a relay to reverse polarity. Blue - Connect to the negative contact switch of the door, which switches to zero voltage when the door is opened. If you don't enable this, PKE won't work. If you don't connect the white or white/black wire, your PKE will not work. If you do not connect the green wire correctly, your remote starter will not work. Again, this is only for the remote starter, not for manually starting the car with the start button. If you have an external remote starter, connect the gray one to ground. Drill a hole about 1.5" to install the start button. or use the key tube hole (where you kept the spare key) to attach the button over the hole. I drilled a hole and installed a button and plugged the cylinder hole with a plastic plug.If you are a pro and don't want to put the chip in the bin, buy a bypass module like fortin evo one or idata link or dball2 and send Ground(GWR) to the bypass module when you get in the car ec003 provides +12 volts use it to ground start the relay i personally glued it because if you don't have the ec002/3 key your car won't start, so I don't need the chip. Do not press the lock button on the Easy Guard as this disables the PKE function. I permanently disabled it remotely. If you are in range of the PKE when you try to lock, the door r is locked and the PKE is deactivated at the same time. This means that once you start the vehicle, the car will not lock when you exit. So never try to lock with the EasyGuard key, I permanently disabled it in the remote. Worst case, if you want to block, use the factory OEM. ec002 has a longer range than ec003. ec003 only has one button style selection option AND ONLY HAS 3 remote control options. ec002 has a choice of multiple button styles, ec002 has a different chip and many remote control options. I wasn't aware of this before writing the review. If I had the option now, I would choose ec002 and not 3. But if like me you choose ec003 and want to update the button, here is the schematic to change the ec002 button to ec003. Connect the brown wire to the blue wire (wiring buttons ec002-ec003). It's 12 volts. Connect the orange ec002 to the red button ec003. (This wire sees 12 volts when you press the button). Connect blue and green from button ec002 to red button ec003. Hope that helps. If you are not using a remote starter, you do not need to connect the green wire to the tachometer or fuel injector, nor do you need to connect the gray wire. If you connect the brake cable (12 volt plus) all the time, you can also disable the remote starter. If you unlock the car with the factory remote for any reason that is out of your reach, the car will not lock by itself unless you approach your car again. Therefore, do not use the factory or aftermarket remote to unlock. When you unlock your car with the EasyGuard remote, the pke feature will be disabled unless you lock it to enable it. If you lost the key, just open the car with a spare key or locksmith and press the reset switch button for 5 seconds, then you can start the car. When you receive your remote control, include a spare key. This is handy for unlocking the car and using the reset button to start in an emergency. If you have installed a remote starter and started the car in the PKE area and want to shut it down, just press the unlock and start button. This is not specified in the instructions. When you connect the door lock wire and open the door, the relay will click 6 times. i feel angry You can unplug the door lock wire, which will disable the relay from clicking.
