Arrived as usual, as advertised and on time. Used it on a major PC upgrade that required removing the CPU chip, cleaning the heatsink, reinstalling, etc. NO static issues that could be a problem with our dry air here in Arizona. We'll never know if this product was responsible for this successful update, it certainly can't hurt! By the way easy to use.
