Might be good for travelers but not for me
Extremely spacious. Can be used as a travel bag when you travel a lot. However, it doesn't work for my purposes as I just wanted a work tool bag and it's too big to carry around every day. Also think about the durability of the bag. Zippers and shoulder strap could be improved. The zipper looks like it might fall off at any moment as there is no zipper puller at the end. The shoulder strap keeps slipping and not staying the right length. So it's probably being returned for that reason.
