Pretty good, weird rubbing if you sweat too much

I haven't seen much improvement in my arms from these, but I am not blaming the product (I blame my eating habits). ;) These feel pretty comfortable when wearing! They do rub on your skin if you are doing HIIT or running, though, so I always have to wear short sleeves or make sure my tank tops cover up to my armpit or they rub your skin pretty badly.

Pros

Product as expected. Great fit and quality.

Cons

May hinder range of motion during exercises like push-ups or burpees

This is definitely a good hind. I place it on everyday and notice a difference. I will start using it to work and gym this week too and will update the review. So far I like it!!!
