Review on katbite by Michael Persing

After reading Katbite's great product descriptions, I had high hopes, but my experience was less than satisfying. The baking tools and gadgets I bought were only okay and didn't meet my high standards. In addition, I had some technical difficulties while purchasing on the site, which was annoying. Their friendly customer service was appreciated, but it wasn't enough to make up for their other flaws. In general, I won't be shopping at Katbite again.
