I bought these as an extra pair of boots for my 3yo. We send heavy duty snow boot to daycare (we live in WI) and keep an extra pair at home. We all love these! I love that they are warm and comfy and easy to get on all by herself. She loves that they are shiny and have colorful polka dots (we have the black with colored dots). They don't come up really high on the calf so they won't be great for snow, but that's okay as we have other boots for snow. We look at them as more of a slush/light snow option instead of getting her shoes yucky.
