Weak Adhesive: Zip Tie
I like their design but the adhesive doesn't hold under pressure. It slowly but surely removes any surface you've attached it to, even after proper cleaning. I've cleaned the surfaces thoroughly with alcohol, but after a day or two they come off with even the slightest weight or stress on them. Either they have come loose from the wall/surface or the adhesive has come loose from the plastic tape itself.
