UPDATE: They were REALLY quick and kind in sending me another bulb and thankfully it's been working great ever since! Sorry I forgot to update this for so long :0. This is an awesome lightbulb and I will never be without it! The photo doesn't do it justice - the light spots are very sharp and bright so it literally looks like glitter 💜 We bought our first one in November 2017 and it lasted until the beginning of this year - it was consistently beautiful and used at least 4 times every 7th nights for hours. When it died I couldn't stand it for more than a few weeks because this thing is truly stunning and kind of life changing when it works. So I ordered another one in April. This is where my concern comes in - just last night one died on me, barely (if ever) 2 months later. While I can't imagine life without them, I also can't imagine spending that price on something that only lasts a few months at best. I have contacted customer service and am hoping that the issue is easily resolved and that I have just received a rare wonky bulb and is otherwise the same quality as our first bulb. So I'll update this after this issue is fixed and again in a few months (subject to a lightbulb change so I can know). To be honest I really hope everything ends well because as I said when you have a room lit by one of them it is very difficult to imagine that you will come back to life without it. My current situation is a stroke of luck - it's definitely worth the money. OK, to be continued.
