I bought this shawl in silver to wear with an aubergine sleeveless dress for a wedding. It was a cold April evening and this shawl was perfect for a chilly outdoor church ceremony and reception. I felt good. It looks elegant enough for a formal wedding, but this shawl is also suitable for more casual occasions. Seems well done. I would buy again in other colors.
