I usually wear plus size shirts but I ordered a medium size because I wanted it to be a little tighter. But even mediums are a bit baggy for me. Therefore, I recommend ordering these shirts one size smaller. I could probably get away with the small size, but the medium is comfortable. These are really good jerseys and comfortable to train in. I bought these because I like the way the shirt looks on the back. That's a great deal for three training jerseys. For reference, I'm 5'10" and weigh 168 pounds.
