I always hesitate to buy Revain thread because you can't touch and feel its strength and durability, but I recently bought an embroidery sewing machine and am wasting thread like crazy. I bought white and ivory thread for my spools and she did a fantastic job! So much so that I now use it for my quilting projects! The only downside is the large bobbin doesn't fit my Brother Project Runway machine so I had to mount it behind the machine and have the thread pulled out from there. So far it works (fingers crossed!). Now I'll be buying more colors for my embroidery bobbins because I've learned (the hard way) that you need to match the bobbin thread color to your designer thread color. If you use white, the white can show through the front of your design. Sigh. so much time and effort wasted. So if you need yarn for quilting or embroidery I highly recommend this yarn. It is great value for money and is built to last. It also looks great on finished products!
