My mouse was working great until it stopped working. After 7 months he died completely. He has not connected to anything else. We tried new batteries, yelled at them, prayed for them. Nothing. No big deal, right? It happens, and there are guarantees! That's when Microsoft started showing its true colors - I can't replace this thing. I've waited over an hour for the past two days. My line was disconnected 8 times. I made 11 calls to Microsoft. I even asked one of their supervisors to call me back to find out what happened to my case - when I explained the situation he said he would direct me to the correct department and then hung up. I'm not rude. I'm not screaming. I'm a good guy, I say please and thank you. Every time I call, one of three things happens: 1) The call just hangs up, usually after waiting a few minutes on hold for a transfer. 2) You are sending me to the wrong department. I am often sent to the aftermarket department where they tell me they have no warranty on this mouse and that it is the finish department. Ground says they can't handle it and transfers me back to the ancillary parts department. This usually results in the call simply being dropped. 3) The agent stops answering and the call hangs up after a few minutes. So yes. I don't trust Microsoft customer service. I've spent over an hour on the phone with them and have yet to speak to the right person. This mouse is good. Microsoft is garbage. Do not buy this mouse.
