I love this bag! I also have it in black! It's soft and holds everything! The back inner zip pocket is deep and the 2 front inner pockets are large and fit my work badge and small lip balm. The outside zip pocket holds my iPhone 12 in a case. The only thing I don't like is the cheaply made logo on the outside. It looks like plastic gold but I can see it's not as the bag really is perfect for me and I'm having a hard time finding one that suits all my needs so this is a keeper! The shoulder strap can be removed, and without the strap, the handles are wide enough to fit comfortably in the crook of your arm! That has its price for me!
