Perfect for a 4-5 year old who refuses to wear his sweater but not 100% waterproof!

I liked that the "shirt" offers UV protection and the "muscles" are covered with a soft fabric that is easy to put on BUT the buckles ensure that the bottom stay in place! I knew my granddaughter was safe! It's also easy to inflate by hand, although the air stayed inside for a very long time and was never deflated.
