This product does not come with a manual. I used the instructions found here but wasted a few spatulas because they came off. It says it worked both hot and cold, but flaked off in both cases and spoiled both the picture and the shirt, not to mention the fact that it was a gift. I will not buy it again. I also bought the light fabric version but can't imagine it being any different.
